Yoga Classes

A Quick Note: It is the top priority of our studio to offer a well-rounded variety of classes which are consistent and scheduled strategically to create the most attendance opportunities. We hope to provide a diversity of subjects and styles of practice to bring the most value to our community members, but, as in all aspects of life, our year rolls through different seasons where we experience different levels of schedule sustainability. Some classes listed below go on a temporary hiatus during the year, but they always have a return date. To verify what classes are currently available, click through our booking portal on any web page, or check out our schedule widget on the Schedule tab above. Thank you for grace and understanding.

Hot 26

The FIR Hot 26 is the foundational sequence of the hot yoga practice. The class offers students a mindfully-paced sequence of 26 poses with detailed instruction and alignment cuing. This class is open to all levels and will provide students the opportunity to acclimate to the heated environment and gain greater kinesthetic awareness.

Hot Vinyasa

Our FIR Hot Vinyasa classes will guide students through a continuous series of postures synchronized with breath. This class is open to students of all levels, but it is recommended that students new to yoga try our FIR Hot Sequence class or our FIR Hot SloFlo class before diving into this class. We will introduce inversions, binds, and more advanced balancing poses, using the breath and movement to build the fire from within.

Hot Flo ‘n Go

Short on time, but wanting to practice? This class is for you!  Enjoy a challenging 45-minute full-body flow to build strength and skill for your practice. Internal temperature and external temperatures will gradually build through movement and the warmth of or FIR panels. This flowing vinyasa class is suited for all levels and is the prefect class for our on the go students. Temperature is set to reach 105 degree by the end of class.

Hot Classic Hatha

Classic Hatha is designed to help you consciously focus your energy in specific areas of the body and gain a greater understanding of the mechanics of your muscles. You will be guided through a series of poses that range in difficulty from beginner to advanced, that utilize longer holds to give you time and space to recruit the correct muscles, find a calm steady breath, and enter a meditative state. A well rounded and comprehensive class, you will be given the opportunity to explore balancing postures to deep hip openers, as well as encouragement to hold stillness using root and navel lock in each pose.

Hot Shakti Flow

Looking for another time sensitive workout? Come prep for the weekend with this 50-minute energetic flow. Building on a dynamic warm-up, students will be guided through challenging sequences focused on strength, flexibility, and balance to invigorate the mind and body. Temperatures in this class will hold steady and fall somewhere between 95 and 100 degrees.

Vibrational Kundalini

Kundalini is a yogic tradition that uses asana, sound, mantra, breath, and meditations to cultivate the energy at the base of the spine so it is available for the organs and other metabolic functions.  This type of yoga works on the subtle body and auric field to provide an overall energetic effect and is effective for balancing hormones, releasing trauma and can provide an overall feeling of bliss. This class will conclude with a healing gong bath.

Sunday Hot Ātmā Bala Flow

Strengthen your mind-body-soul connection with our 60 minute Ātmā Bala Flow.  Each class will focus on a different Bhavana (intention), beginning with deep opening poses and building towards a challenging and powerful flow.  Chanting and mantras round out the class.  Don't miss this physically challenging, soul expanding class.

Sunday Meditative Candlelight

This class is a beautiful blend of yoga, meditation and ambiance. The room is gently warmed by our FIR radiant heating system and delicately lighted by the soft glow of candlelight. Students are offered an accessible series of breath work and gentle asana before drifting into a guided meditation and extended savasana.

Yin

Yin offers a slower-paced, more meditative practice. In Yin yoga, the poses are typically perfromed from a supine or side-lying position and held for a period of time - typically three to five minutes or longer - to target the joint spaces and connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

Chair Yoga

Our chair yoga class offers yoga to participants who are unable to transition easily to and from the floor. Students will be guided through a series of postures coordinated with yogic breath work. Emphasis will be placed on breath, balance, mindfulness, functional movement and community. This class will be taught at room temperature.

Restorative

Our heavenly Restorative class is gently heated class that offers a slow sequence of floor poses and guided relaxation designed to reset your body and relax your mind. Using lots of props to support and enhance the experience, our Restorative class is the perfect antidote for the stress of daily life and gives your central nervous system what it needs to recover from the demands of daily life and other physical practices. To put it simply, our Restorative class is like a big yoga hug. This warm and fuzzy class is sure to become one of your favorites!
